This shot of a model on a couch, with the killer 60’s style curtains was a fun image to work on. What I like most about this image is the colour palette, the mustard yellows with the blues in the models clothing and the blue/black leather couch. We set up the lighting to try to achieve a bright, commercial feel. Overall we are pleased with the lighting results though I wished I had some additional fill lights. As per my usual style, the model tends to have a blank look on their face because the focus isn’t necessarily the person, it’s also about the shapes and colours.
